Since receiving his Bachelor of Science and Outdoor Experiential Education teaching degrees from Queen’s University, Dave has had a thrilling and varied career. Dave worked overseas in South Africa and Australia before re-settling in the Greater Toronto Area. After an interminable time of being uninspired by his original career plan, Dave struck out on his own by developing a small renovation business. Meeting PJ on the job, Dave was instantly inspired and decided that PJ would be the best mentor for his learning process in the field. Dave and PJ have been working together on all phases of residential construction now for four years. Intelligent and excellent with his hands and with a love of working outside, construction became his passion. His natural warmth, enthusiasm and drive have lent themselves well towards his excellence and precision in construction. As an accredited Site Supervisor, and with a natural gift for detail and excellent communication skills, he ensures the successful running of a job through to the completion of every aspect of Green Neighbourhood Homes' projects. In his spare time, Dave loves to play hockey, baseball and cricket, as well as do projects around his newly purchased home. With environmentally sustainable green residential construction being close to his heart, his own home is getting greener by the minute! |
